The study of international relations has many compartments and files of paradigms, theories, and philosophies. Since it involves the entire world include their individual state-views. The different views concise of an analytical component which explain why things go the way they do. The other contains the prescription of a probable solution.
An example could be done on the war in Iraq. First you gather evidence on what could be done to solve let’s say fighting a proxy war with Iran. Assessment is made on how weapons and guerrillas fighters are getting into the city. The conditions of this type of war are more complex in that your enemy is not clear and utilizes civilian population as a weapon very dispensable. On top of using psychological effects of knowing American value life and get held accountable for collateral all damage. The enemy does not obey the laws written under the Geneva Convention however; expecting protection under the GC.
After recognizing the specific issue (weapon and guerrillas) your decision of action would depend who is the examiner. For instance, General Patreis would conclude differently from Harry Reid! In this case it is clear from what perspective each is viewing from. International Relations has to consider many factors or disciplines from the eye of the World.
So much more…

After I read the above article I was thinking about who is running things in Washington. The media would like you to believe it is all Bush’s fault so you don’t see who is really behind it. It has always been cut and dry from where I stand.
Here is a question, With a Democrat majority who is pushing these jobs overseas and killing jobs here because of high gas prices?????
If we produce our own oil we could actually save the world. When you are fundamentally good, you will use your power for good. We don’t kill just as a weapon can not kill anyone until it held in the hands of a killer. So it is with the greatness of our nation and our people. No people are perfect nor are without fault.
